Maintenance Schedule for BE G6

August 1 to 25 and December 15 to January 15

1. Check hydraulic oil in each UTM.

2. Check gear oil in each torsion machine.

3. Lubricate all moving parts as per manual.

4. Check oil in dashpots on hardness testers.

5. Clean out side of machine of dirt and oil.

6. Check batteries in strain indicators.

7. Cut test specimens.

8. Reface hardness test specimens.

1. Lubricate beam tester as per manual.
